1 Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how j5jl ("j5jl", "we", "us", "our") collects, processes, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you", "Data Subject", "Player") who access or use the j5jl online gaming platform at j5jl.club and any associated mobile applications or services.

2 Data Controller

j5jl acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of your personal data, as defined under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. j5jl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data in connection with the provision of its online gaming services.

Where j5jl engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf (for example, payment processors or identity verification providers), those parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) and are contractually bound to process data only on j5jl's documented instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.

• Performance of contract: Processing necessary to create and manage your j5jl account, process deposits and withdrawals, provide gaming services, and handle support requests;
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, AMLA obligations, NPC requirements, tax reporting under Philippine revenue law, and court or regulatory orders;
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and improvement of j5jl's services — where such interests are not overridden by your rights;
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

j5jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. j5jl may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly for the purposes described:

• PAGCOR — as required by j5jl's gaming license, including player data, transaction records, and gaming activity data submitted in regulatory reports;
• Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) — suspicious transaction reports and covered transaction reports as mandated by AMLA;
• Payment processors — GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment service providers, solely to process your deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification providers — third-party KYC and liveness-check providers engaged to verify your identity documents and age;
• IT service providers — cloud hosting, data storage, cybersecurity, and analytics providers who process data on j5jl's behalf under strict data processing agreements;
• Law enforcement and courts — where j5jl is compelled to disclose personal data by a valid court order, subpoena, or lawful government request under Philippine law;
• Successors in business — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of j5jl's business, player data may be transferred to the successor entity subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

7 Data Retention

j5jl retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal minimum retention periods:

• Account and KYC data — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements;
• Financial transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years, or longer where required by PAGCOR or AMLC regulations;
• Gaming activity data — retained for a minimum of three (3) years following account closure for regulatory audit purposes;
• Support communications — retained for two (2) years unless part of an ongoing dispute or investigation;
• Marketing preferences and consent records — retained until consent is withdrawn, and for one (1) year thereafter as evidence of consent;
• Technical and log data — retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents re-identification.

8 Security Measures

j5jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on j5jl.club to operate the platform, enhance your user experience, and where you have consented, to deliver relevant content. The types of cookies j5jl uses include:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies — required for the platform to function (e.g., session authentication tokens, security cookies). These cannot be disabled.
• Functional Cookies — remember your preferences (e.g., language, preferred payment method) to improve your j5jl experience.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

j5jl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or j5jl's data processing practices. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes are material — for example, where j5jl introduces new categories of data processing or new sharing arrangements — j5jl will provide advance notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the j5jl platform, and will seek fresh consent where required by law.
