1 Introduction

j5jl is an online casino and gaming platform operated in accordance with a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the duly authorized government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines. j5jl provides Filipino players with access to live casino games, video slots, bingo, jackpot games, and related gaming products through its website at j5jl.club and associated mobile applications.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

j5jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any associated balance pending review.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) j5jl account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds. j5jl reserves the right to merge, close, or aggregate accounts identified as belonging to the same individual.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued identification number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

j5jl is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You may be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name);
• Source of funds documentation, where required by applicable law or internal risk assessment.

Withdrawals may be suspended until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. j5jl will not be held liable for any losses arising from delays in verification processing where the player has failed to provide required documentation in a timely manner.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j5jl account credentials. You must notify j5jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. j5jl will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on j5jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). j5jl supports deposits and withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability and applicable limits.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your j5jl account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. j5jl reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or mismatched sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. j5jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits as published on the platform.

Processing Times: j5jl aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, typically within the timeframes published on the platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. j5jl accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Anti-Money Laundering: j5jl is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments, as administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). j5jl is required to monitor, report, and where necessary decline or reverse transactions that exhibit characteristics consistent with money laundering or other financial crimes. Suspicious activity will be reported to the AMLC as required by law.

5 Gameplay & Wagering

All games offered on j5jl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games and licensed live dealer streams for live casino products. Game outcomes are governed by mathematical probability and are not influenced by j5jl's internal systems beyond the certified RNG or the physical outcomes of live dealer procedures.

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the j5jl system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled. Technical malfunctions of any nature void all pays and plays — in the event of a game malfunction, j5jl's decision on the appropriate remedy shall be final and binding.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

j5jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

Players are required to read and understand the specific terms attached to any bonus before opting in. j5jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion between players — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account suspension.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements, and are available to Philippine residents only.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j5jl platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one j5jl account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using j5jl for money laundering purposes;

• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;

8 Account Suspension & Termination

j5jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or the player's own request.

Upon termination of a verified account in good standing, j5jl will return any remaining balance in the player's wallet to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC verification and anti-money laundering obligations.

Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent conduct, j5jl reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation and to forfeit funds where prohibited conduct is substantiated.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting j5jl support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j5jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the j5jl platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss resulting from technical malfunctions beyond j5jl's reasonable control.

j5jl's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their j5jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j5jl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability. j5jl will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by j5jl's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a player and j5jl, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13 Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the j5jl platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact j5jl support to request account closure.
